It provides AI-powered products, business and institutional solutions, AI automation, AI agents, knowledge and RAG systems, communication solutions, training, research-oriented services, technical assistance and other AI-enabled digital services.

People in Bangladesh routinely lose time, money and opportunities because reliable information is scattered, outdated or hard to reach. BD AI is an attempt to put human support, checkable information and appropriate referrals in one calm place — in Bangla first, with English alongside.
This is a long-term public-interest effort by OMS IT. What you see today is a foundation: the interface, the vocabulary and the structure the working platform will be built on.
Principles
People before promotion
The platform exists to help a person solve a real problem. It is not a marketing surface for OMS IT or anyone else.
Independent by design
BD AI is an independent technology platform built and operated by OMS IT. It works alongside public and private institutions without acting for them, and it states plainly which authority is responsible for any official decision.
Engineering, not endorsement
Our credibility comes from how the platform is built: labelled sources, human review, permanent audit history. AI is a tool we engineer with — we do not present any vendor's name as a credential of ours.
Evidence or nothing
Organizations, services, statistics, sources, partnerships and credentials are published only with evidence behind them. Anything still unchecked is labelled as such, so you always know what you are reading.
Human escalation is normal
Some problems need a person. The platform is designed to hand a case to a human or refer it onward rather than force an AI answer.
