BD AI Help Desk — AI-assisted answering
A grounded assistant that answers from a reviewed knowledge base and attaches its sources, with rate limiting and prompt-injection defences. It never presents itself as a government service, and it is the AI-assisted layer of the Help Desk rather than the staffed desk itself.
